The Civic League is a community that unites people who are aware of their civil duty to protect human rights on the planet Earth.
CIVIL DUTY (officiis (lat)) is the awareness of the need to fulfill the duties of a citizen of the Earth, which arises as an internal motivation without external coercion. This is the duty of those who care about what is happening on the Earth. This is the Public indifferent to what is happening. It is understanding that we have «One Earth, One Humanity»
Why do we need the “Civil League” on Earth?
It must be created: the phenomena of technogenic and other nature accompanying the development of Mankind form force majeure circumstances that increase the risk of self-destruction of Mankind above the permissible level. We see that the forces and means available to Mankind are clearly not enough.
Approximately 10,000 year history of the Greek «polities», «republics» of Ancient Rome and Renaissance Europe, modern statutory schemes of country management (State as Status Civitas), modern scientific achievements of anthropological and political theories, as well as political technology practices, testify in favor of such a choice and make it possible to count on success.
Modern information technologies ALREADY allow us to improve all the necessary management tools. The time has come.
The experience of political interaction, which includes both cooperation and rivalry, shows the possibility of uniting people, communities, organizations, institutions, countries into a common civilizational “Civic Cause” movement based on republican traditions. The «Common Cause» means the movement towards «One Earth and One Humanity» on a civilizational basis with the preservation and development of local differences. Humanity is diverse and requires conservation, studying and understanding. A pluribus unum! (Cicero).
The League unites citizens, communities and organizations, as well as independent individuals into the common civil political will of civilized humanity. It establishes the path from the current dispersed collective unconscious to the consolidated planetary consciousness of citizens. This is a transition to a qualitatively different, civilizational (civil) model at the level of the planet Earth. This is a transition to the next global level since the current level doesn’t allow to solve global problems.
Our desire for cooperation and intolerance to any kind of social, gender, national, ideological, sexual, religious, cultural hostility determines our advantages and the inevitabilit
