👉Уже не первый раз рассказываю, как можно применять цедру от разных цитрусовых. Сегодня предлагаю сделать лёд ✍, который можно применять для напитков и просто витаминизации. Этот же мандариновый лёд можно применять, как косметический лёд для тонизации кожи и массажа. 👆Благодаря тому, что кожура мандаринов содержит витамин С и флавоноиды, 💆лёд тонизирует кожу, улучшает цвет, борется с отеками и пигментацией, укрепляет сосуды при куперозе. Этот косметический лёд хорошо подходит для зрелой кожи.

Today I propose to make ice ✍ which can be used for drinks and as a source of vitamins. The same tangerine ice can be used as cosmetic ice for skin toning and massage. 👆 Due to the fact that the peel of tangerines contains vitamin C and flavonoids, ice tones the skin, improves color, fights edema and pigmentation, strengthens blood vessels in case of rosacea. This cosmetic ice is well suited for mature skin.
👉 Esta no es la primera vez que te digo cómo puedes usar la ralladura de diferentes frutas cítricas. Hoy propongo hacer hielo ✍, que se puede usar para bebidas y solo para fortificación. El mismo hielo de mandarina se puede utilizar como hielo cosmético para tonificar y masajear la piel. 👆 Debido a que la piel de las mandarinas contiene vitamina C y flavonoides, el hielo tonifica la piel, mejora el color, combate el edema y la pigmentación, fortalece los vasos sanguíneos en caso de rosácea. Este hielo cosmético es muy adecuado para pieles maduras.
